Our Story
Driven by collectors, built for the community.
At CardFest Expo, we believe the hobby is more than just buying plastic slabs and ripping foil packs — it's about the thrill of the chase, the nostalgia of childhood, and the community built around a shared passion. We created CardFest Expo to bridge the worlds of high-octane sports collecting and the legendary universe of Trading Card Games (TCG), creating a premier, traveling event space where every generation of collector can thrive.
CardFest Expo started with a simple observation: the card community is changing, but local card shows weren't keeping up. Sports collectors and Pokémon fans were sharing the same local shops, trading online in the same forums, and hunting the same grading standards — yet local events kept them in separate corners.
We set out to change that.
We envisioned a dynamic, high-energy convention that didn't stay locked in one convention center. We wanted to build a mobile hobby experience that could bring the biggest elements of the industry — high-end vintage grails, modern sports rookies, rare pocket monsters, and massive live celebrity entertainment — straight to local communities across the country.
Whether you are bringing a single backpack binder to trade your way up to a grail, or you're a seasoned dealer with a six-figure inventory, you have a home at CardFest. We cultivate an inclusive, family-friendly, and secure environment for everyone.
We aren't just a room full of tables. From our interactive Kids Zone to our star-studded Main Stage celebrity box breaks, we design CardFest Expo to be an unforgettable weekend experience.
The hobby relies on integrity. We vet our featured vendors, partner with trusted local figures, and champion clean, fair, and safe trading practices across our event floor.
